Living Your Truth: Exercise 10.1

This exercise is good for people that want to create more space in their lives to honor themselves. First, get a pen and paper and draw a large circle in the middle of the page. Leave about a two inch margin below and above the circle then draw yourself smiling in the center of it. Surround the stick figure of yourself with stars and small circles which represent the events of your life. Then, starting from your heart, draw a single line that weaves in between all of the circles and stars you’ve drawn and finishes back at your heart center. This line ensures that all of these events are woven together by the love of your heart and are only in your life if they are for your highest good. Above the circle, draw a large star with a heart in the center that represents your Great Soul Being and draw a line of light that connects the heart of this Star to your own heart. This adds the love and power of your Divine Soul Being to manifest your desires. Underneath you can write, “I give thanks for the expanding peace and divine order in my life.” If you look at this in the morning and before you go to bed at night, this will be very helpful in creating harmony in all that you choose to do.
